Many leaders experience challenging work environments, complex relationships, and demanding responsibilities. This introductory workshop draws on the theory, research, and experiential exercises to give participants a practical “toolkit” to use in daily life to help reduce stress, improve clarity of purpose, and gain confidence in their leadership decisions.
